Family Ceramic Workshop: Fall Luminaries/ October 10

WHEN: 1-day workshop / Saturday, October 10, from 10 AM-1 PM

AGES: Recommended for families, ages 8+. All kids must be accompanied by an adult.

DESCRIPTION: This workshop invites families to join us for a fun day of creating together! With guidance from Alanyna Erne, families will use slab-building techniques to create their own fall-inspired luminaries. Participants can add textures, patterns, leaves, pumpkins, woodland creatures, or other seasonal details to create a one-of-a-kind piece that will glow beautifully when lit.

Families will be encouraged to work together and personalize their luminaries with their own creative ideas. Students will apply glaze, and the Center will complete the firing. Bring your creativity and get ready to make something special to brighten up the fall season!

LOCATION: Ceramics Studio, across the street at 116

TUITION: $25/person. Please note: Every attending child and adult needs to have their own individual ticket.

SUPPLIES: All materials are provided, including glazing & firing

CAC CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. No credits will be given the day class is to start or after the start of the educational program. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
