4th Street Print Fest + Call for Entries

Join us on Saturday, October 3, from 1–4 PM for the inaugural 4th Street Print Fest at Chesterton Art Center. This free community event celebrates the art of printmaking and brings together artists from across Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland region.

Meet working printmakers, discover a variety of printmaking techniques through live demonstrations, create your own print in interactive art activities, and shop for original artwork directly from local artists. More information about the festival will be shared on our website and social media as the event approaches.

Call for Entries: 4th Street Print Exhibition

In conjunction with the Print Festival, Chesterton Art Center invites printmakers from across Indiana and the Chicagoland region to submit work for the 4th Street Print Exhibition. This juried group exhibition celebrates the diversity and creativity of contemporary printmaking.

Artists may submit up to five original prints for consideration. Works should be at least 8 × 10 inches and no larger than 36 × 48 inches. Please submit digital images of your work to programs@chestertonart.org by Sunday, July 26.

All submissions will be reviewed by the exhibition committee. We are especially interested in showcasing a wide range of printmaking techniques, styles, and artistic perspectives. Accepted artwork must be professionally presented and ready to hang.

Apply to Be a Print Fest Vendor

Printmakers are also encouraged to apply for a vendor table at the 4th Street Print Fest. This is a wonderful opportunity to sell your work, connect with fellow artists, and introduce visitors to the art of printmaking during this exciting community event.
