Friday the 13th Spooky Printmaking Workshop / JUN 13

DESCRIPTION:
Get spooky this Friday the 13th in this one-night printmaking workshop with Georgia Geis. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of relief printmaking—from hand carving their own linocut blocks to inking and printing their designs. Inspired by the themes of superstition, shadows, and the strange, each student will create a series of prints with their custom-carved design.
Whether your imagery leans toward black cats, broken mirrors, or something more personal and mysterious, this class invites you to explore bold contrasts and haunting compositions. Students are encouraged to share stamps and collaborate to expand their pattern possibilities.
No experience necessary—just a steady hand and a willingness to tempt fate.

CAC CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. No credits will be given the day class is to start or after the start of the educational program. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
