Ceramic Herb Stripper and Colander Workshop / May 8

AGES: Adults, 18+

DESCRIPTION: Get ready for summer veggies! Join ceramicist Alayna Erne for an evening of hand building as students create two functional ceramic pieces: an herb stripper and a colander — perfect tools for your kitchen. Alayna will guide participants step by step through the process, from shaping and carving the clay to adding drainage holes, exploring surface design, and applying glazing techniques. CAC will fire all pieces.

LOCATION: Access Downstairs Classroom by entering the south door next to mural.

TUITION: $55 for non-members / $49.50 for current CAC members, enter code CACMEMBER at checkout to receive 10%-member discount

SUPPLIES: All materials are provided, including glazing & firing.

CAC CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. No credits will be given the day class is to start or after the start of the educational program. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
