Ceramic Charcuterie Platter/ November 5 + November 19

WHEN: 2-day workshop / Thursday, November 5 + 19 from 7:15-9 PM

AGES: Adults, 18+

DESCRIPTION: Join ceramicist Alayna Erne for a fun, two-part workshop where you’ll create your own one-of-a-kind ceramic charcuterie platter! In the first class, you’ll learn hand-building techniques like pinching, coiling, and scoring to shape your platter, then add creative details and textures to make it your own. Your piece will be bisque fired between classes.

When you return for the second class, you’ll glaze your bisque-fired platter and choose colors and finishes to bring your design to life. The Center will complete the final firing, and your finished platter will be ready for pickup once it’s complete.

LOCATION: The Ceramics Studio at 116

CAC CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. No credits will be given the day class is to start or after the start of the educational program. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
