WHEN: 4-class session / Thursdays, June 25- July 16 from 2-4 PM
AGES: Adults, 18+
DESCRIPTION: Join artist Julie Miller for an introduction to the bright and colorful world of alcohol inks. Students will explore a range of both spontaneous and controlled techniques—such as layering, blending, lifting, and creating texture—while learning how to guide the natural movement of the inks.
Participants will work on both yupo paper and ceramic tile, with each class offering new challenges in subject matter, including abstraction, landscapes, and florals. Julie will provide guidance, demonstrations, and feedback throughout the class, Students will leave each class session with up to 3 finished pieces.
SKILL LEVEL: Beginner + above / All skill levels welcome
LOCATION: Vinay and Suman Das Foundation 2d Studio, across the street at 116.
