Family Art Day / September 19

WHEN: Saturday, September 19 / attend any time between 10 AM-2 PM

DESCRIPTION: Join the staff and volunteers at CAC for a fun, free day of art-making for all ages!

Families, friends, and individuals are invited to explore our current photography exhibition, ‘Midwestern Vernacular,’ and create artwork inspired by the images on view. Throughout the galleries and classrooms, participants can enjoy a variety of visual storytelling projects designed to spark creativity and conversation. Projects include a mixed media zine, what’s beyond the photo drawing prompt and sneak a peak window creation with Instax mini photo.

Activities are appropriate for all ages and experience levels, and everyone is welcome in our accessible studio spaces.

Family Art Days are generously supported by Urschel Giving.

Please note: Registrations are per group, not per person attending. The Registration Form will prompt you to list the headcount and ages of your group members.
