Express Yourself! Ink & Collage Ages 5-8 / Sept 3-25
WHEN: 4-class session / Wednesdays, September 3-24 OR Thursdays. September 4-25, from 3:30-5
DESCRIPTION: Artist and Instructor Jen Aitchison will lead young creators through a journey of discovery through bold ink drawings and vibrant painted collage. Students explore techniques for drawing faces, shapes, and lines, and learn how to use personal symbols to reflect their identity, feelings, and favorite things. With lots of encouragement and space to experiment, kids will build creative confidence and celebrate what makes them unique—through art that tells their story.
After School Art classes are offered every month from September-May for ages 5-16. During each 4-class monthly session, students will explore an arts-related topic, movement, or technique through a variety of 2D media such as watercolor, pastel, graphite, acrylic, or printmaking. Because each monthly session offers a different theme and set of projects, families are welcome to register for one session, a few, or the whole year!

CAC REFUND POLICY: No full refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. After the start of, or the day of, the educational program, no refunds or credits will be given. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
