Exploring Watermedia: Watercolor and Gouache / Sept 20
WHEN: 1-day workshop / Saturday, Sept 20 from 12-3 PM
AGES: Adults, 18+
DESCRIPTION: Join artist and instructor Laura Krentz as she guides students through an engaging exploration of watercolor and gouache. Drawing inspiration from a richly textured autumn-themed lsndscape/still life, students will learn the fundamentals of both mediums—embracing the transparency and fluidity of watercolor alongside the bold, opaque qualities of gouache. Through careful observation of color, light, and form, participants will build essential painting skills while experimenting with composition, style, and a variety of techniques, including washes, layering, dry brush, and color mixing.

CAC REFUND POLICY: No full refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. After the start of, or the day of, the educational program, no refunds or credits will be given. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
