DESCRIPTION: Join printmaker Lucas Cordes for a hands-on introduction to intaglio printmaking. In this workshop, you’ll experiment with a variety of mark-making techniques to engrave your own image onto a plate and experience each step of the printmaking process—from etching and inking to pulling prints on the press. By the end, you’ll complete a 5×7-inch engraving and create several finished prints to take home.

LOCATION: Upstairs classroom

CAC CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. No credits will be given the day class is to start or after the start of the educational program. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
