$150.00

WHEN: 5-day session / June 15-19 from 8:30-11 AM

AGES: 5-8

INSTRUCTOR: Jen Aitchison

DESCRIPTION: Celebrate the magic of the Dunes! Inspired by the National Park’s Artist-In-Residence exhibit in the CAC gallery, campers will create colorful works celebrating the plants, animals, and landscapes of the dunes and wetlands. They’ll bring marsh creatures to life with 3D sculptures of salamanders, leaping frogs, and fluttering birds, and explore drawing and painting techniques inspired by local Dunes wildlife. Campers will also create vibrant landscapes of Lake Michigan’s waves and sandy dunes—perfect keepsakes to remember their artistic adventures by the water.

CAC is offering an exciting series of youth + teen summer programming for ages 5-18 that highlight various art techniques and media, involve discussions about modern artists, and all follow a unique theme that encourages creativity and collaboration.

LOCATION: Downstairs classroom

TUITION: $150 for non-members / $135 for current CAC Family Members, enter code CACFAMMEMBER at checkout to receive 10%-member discount

Please note: Tuitions are non-transferrable; students must attend the week that they are registered.
