WHEN: Saturday, April 11 / attend any time between 10 AM-2 PM

DESCRIPTION: Join the staff and volunteers at CAC for a fun, free day of art-making for all ages!

Join us for a very special Family Art Day in partnership with Three Moons Fiber Works celebrating the art of fiber + textile. Families are invited to CAC to explore the galleries, featuring 2 exhibitions, a group show by the Duneland Weaver’s Club and the CAC’s Annual Youth Art Exhibition. Visitor will have the chance to see live spinning demonstrations, talk with fiber artists, and see how raw materials are transformed into woven and stitched works. In the classrooms, create your own fiber works, exploring techniques such as weaving, embroidery, felting and more.

TUITION: This event is free + all ages are welcome

Please note: Registrations are per group, not per person attending. The Registration Form will prompt you to list the headcount and ages of your group members.

Family Art Days are an initiative building on our mission to create more accessible arts programming for the Duneland community and beyond.
