Summer Art Camp: Experimental Art Lab / July 27-31

INSTRUCTOR: Jen Aitchison

DESCRIPTION: Get ready for a week of experiments, creativity, and colorful fun! Campers will explore the science behind creativity and turn their discoveries into amazing works of art. They’ll experiment with oil and water, light and color, motion, and chemical reactions, making fizzing, swirling, and floating artworks. Students will also study patterns, symmetry, and textures in nature to inspire drawings, paintings, and sculptures. Each day blends experimentation with artistic expression as young artists explore, imagine and create.

CAC is offering an exciting series of youth + teen summer programming for ages 5-18 that highlight various art techniques and media, involve discussions about modern artists, and all follow a unique theme that encourages creativity and collaboration.

LOCATION: Downstairs classroom

TUITION: $150 for non-members / $135 for current CAC Family Members, enter code CACFAMMEMBER at checkout to receive 10% member discount

Please note: Tuitions are non-transferrable; students must attend the week that they are registered.

CAC REFUND POLICY: No full refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. After the start of, or the day of, the educational program, no refunds or credits will be given. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
