AGES: Adults, 18+

DESCRIPTION: With guidance from artist Bonnie Zimmer, students will learn the art of creating random-weave baskets or sculptural forms, a technique that encourages experimentation, intuition, and creative problem-solving. Students will work with a variety of reed sizes and colors as they explore how different materials interact within the flexible, free-form structure of random weaving. Students may also embellish their pieces with decorative elements such as feathers or beads to create an expressive, unique piece to take home.

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner + above / All skill levels welcome

LOCATION: Downstairs classroom

TUITION: $65 for non-members / $58.50 for current CAC members, enter code CACMEMBER at checkout to receive 10% member discount

CAC CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. No credits will be given the day class is to start or after the start of the educational program. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
