Beginner's Paper Making Workshop/ May 1

WHEN: 1-day workshop / Friday, May 1 from 6-8 PM

AGES: Adults, 18+

DESCRIPTION: Learn the basics of papermaking with artist Lucas Cordes. Students will transform recycled paper scraps into custom handmade sheets while exploring the basics of the papermaking process. Throughout the evening, participants will learn how to create pulp, pull sheets, and incorporate inclusions to add texture and color. Each participant will leave with several unique, one-of-a-kind pieces of handmade paper.

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner + above / all levels are welcome

LOCATION: Downstairs classroom

TUITION: $45 for non-members / $40.50 for current CAC members, enter code CACMEMBER at checkout to receive 10% member discount

CAC CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. No credits will be given the day class is to start or after the start of the educational program. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
