Drawing with Mixed Media / August 6- August 27
WHEN: 4-class session / Wednesdays, August 6-August 27 from 10 AM-12 PM
AGES: Adults, 18+
DESCRIPTION: With guidance from Diana Stezalski, students will explore the vast possibilities of drawing media and learn how to create dynamic art that utilizes a mixture of materials. Students will experiment with graphite, charcoal, colored pencil, white chalk, and ink while also using different drawing modalities (scratchboard, printing, suminagashi) as they work to create exploratory mixed media projects. Fundamental skills on color theory, composition, value, and texture will be addressed.
SKILL LEVEL: Beginner + above / all levels are welcome

CAC CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. No credits will be given the day class is to start or after the start of the educational program. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
Make Ups; If a single class session is postponed due to sickness, weather, etc, the make up class will be held on a Friday.
