WHEN: 1-day workshop / Friday, March 27 from 5-8 PM

AGES: Adults, 18+

DESCRIPTION: With guidance from Ida Short, this workshop will introduce students to the letterpress process, one of the oldest forms of moveable ‘Type’. Students will learn about the impressive history of letterpress printing and work from a small press as they print their own pangram, short poem, or personal mantra on a poster.

LOCATION: Downstairs classroom

TUITION: $50 for non-members / $45 for current CAC members, enter code CACMEMBER at checkout to receive 10% member discount

SUPPLIES: A $5 supply fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class

CAC REFUND POLICY: No full refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. After the start of, or the day of, the educational program, no refunds or credits will be given. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
