New! Printmaker's Open Studio /March 7

WHEN: Open Studio / Saturday, March 7 from 1-4 PM

AGES: Adults, 18+

DESCRIPTION Join us for this new monthly Open Studio program, facilitated by Carolyn Lelek on the first Saturday of the month. This time is ideal for artists with prior printmaking experience who want dedicated time to develop projects, experiment, or/and access to a printing press in a small group setting.  Participants are welcome to work in intaglio, relief, and monotyping processes.

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate + above / Participants must have taken a printmaking class at CAC or have proof of previous printmaking experience. All students must participate in an orientation on studio/equipment practices at the beginning of their first Open Studio session.

LOCATION: Upstairs classroom

TUITION: $35 for non-members / $31.50 for current CAC members, enter code CACMEMBER at checkout to receive 10% member discount

SUPPLIES: The studio features an 18 x 36 etching press, and basic printing supplies are provided. Additional supplies may be brought from home and used with the approval of the facilitator (wash safe inks, only please!).

CAC CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. No credits will be given the day class is to start or after the start of the educational program. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
