Hand Builder Boot Camp / August 8-22

WHEN: 3-class session / Friday, August 8-22 from 2-5 PM

AGES: Adults, 18+

DESCRIPTION: With guidance from Maureen Duffy-Daugavietis, students will learn the three hand building techniques of pinch pots, slabs, and coils. Each student will produce 2-3 pieces of small functional pottery and learn how to finish their work using standard glazing methods.

SKILL LEVEL: Beginners & advanced beginners / Higher-level students can work on independent projects per instructor approval

LOCATION: Downstairs classroom

TUITION: $95 for non-members / $85.50 for current CAC members, enter code CACMEMBER at checkout to receive 10% member discount

SUPPLIES: All materials are provided, including 6 lbs. of clay

CAC REFUND POLICY: No full refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. After the start of, or the day of, the educational program, no refunds or credits will be given. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
