ArtsConnect: Ceramic Hand Building / December 5- 19

WHEN: 3-class session / Fridays, December 5-19, 11-12:30 PM

AGES: Adults, 60+

DESCRIPTION: Join artist and instructor Maureen Duffy- Dauvegatis for a 3-week hand building ceramics course designed specifically for adults aged 60 and up. Over the course of the class, students will use fundamental hand building, surface decorating and glazing techniques to create a pair of tiki mugs. Lessons are thoughtfully paced for all experience levels, with plenty of time for individual guidance, collaboration opportunities, and relaxed practice. CAC will fire all pieces.

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner / All skill levels welcome

AGES RANGE: 60+

LOCATION: Downstairs Classroom, enter through the South Door next to mural

TUITION: $50 / $45 for current CAC members, enter code CACMEMBER at checkout to receive 10%-member discount

CAC CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. No credits will be given the day class is to start or after the start of the educational program. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
